Return & Refund Policy

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which may be obtained by contacting Teardrop Shop support at support@teardropshop.com or by using the form below.  To ensure proper credit, please clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise.  All product returned without an RMA# will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee.
  • Teardrop Shop allows the return of non-defective items for up to 30 days after the invoice date.  Any exception to this rule is at Teardrop Shop's sole discretion.  If Teardrop Shop, in its sole discretion, allows this type of return, a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% up to a maximum of 75% could be charged-especially if the item cannot be resold (i.e. the item has been used, packaging is damaged, discontinued items, etc.)
  • All returns must be received in salable, like-new condition.  We do not accept returns on tents/shelters or custom made to order items.    We do not accept returns on clearance items, bedding, apparel or jewelry.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued to the card used to place the order.  If you no longer have access to that card, a store credit will be issued.  We do not issue refunds by check or to cards that were not used to place the order.
  • All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
